The room was updated and reasonably large with comfortable beds and the staff amiable. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants/shops as well as a bowling alley. It also was in a brand new grand opening breakfast area.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from The Mall, while the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were cozy.

Loved that the hotel was little and had very attentive staff at the reception desk. We booked a deluxe king room with comfortable beds and coffee, just like advertised. The location was particularly good for exploring Los Angeles. The property was in a secure area.

The pool area was good and the location was marvelous, close to fun activities, restaurants, stores, gas stations. The staff were friendly and skilled, always available to help.

The staff at Best Western in Los Angeles were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff made sure everything was well-stocked. The location was also convenient, with a shopping mall and other amenities nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool is heated, but the sunbathing area is very small and shady early in the afternoon.

The breakfast was by far the best on our whole trip (varied, fresh fruits, cold cuts, waffles, bread, scrambled eggs etc). Also the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Really good hotel for transit trip.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Had a spacious room with 2 comfortable queen size beds. Everything is freshly renovated, not as used as in most motels, even the bathroom!
